Pastor's Welcome Address

Pastors

On behalf of Christ who is the head of the church, I want to welcome you to the year 2024. There is no doubt that 2023 was full of challenges but we are grateful to God for his victorious power, his amazing favor and blessings over us and our families.

I want to specially thank you for the fellowship we share together as a church family; your contribution and generosity at all times are sincerely appreciated. Let me also take a moment to acknowledge and appreci-ate all our workers and ministers for your selfless service and dedication to God and his king-dom on the earth. The Lord shall reward you beyond your imagination in Jesus name.

My admonition for you is to know that every new year comes with new challenges but with them are also opportunities for promotion and increase. The children of Israel encountered several hurdles on their way to the promised land.

They had every reason to be discouraged or even turn back to the land of bondage. But with faith in God and obedience to His word, some of them made it to the land of promise. My prayer is that you will also make it through the obstacles that come your way this year in Jesus name! Amen. Let us determine to seek deeper knowledge of our God this year through consistent studying of God’s word, praying without ceasing and maintaining fellowship with other believers.

If we do these things, we shall surely be empowered to take all the blessings God has intended for us. In conclusion, the communication lines of the church would be opened as usual and we would be glad to pray and share your moments with you this year and the shout of hallelujah will not cease in your mouth in Jesus name! God bless you and happy new year.

The believers shared a common purpose, and every day they spent much of their time together in the Temple area. They also ate together in their homes. They were happy to share their food and ate with joyful hearts.
